Public interest disclosures management training
Our public interest disclosures (PID) training provides an overview of the responsibilities of public authorities under the Public Interest Disclosures Act 1994 and the roles and responsibilities of those involved in disclosures.
The workshop discusses strategies for managing parties involved in the disclosure and outlines the role of the NSW Ombudsman.
We also offer these related trainings:
- Investigating misconduct in the public sector
- Unreasonable complainant conduct
- Complaint handling training
Preparation for new PID Act 2022
To support agencies in meeting their obligations under the current Act, we will continue to offer PID training sessions. To find out more about the new PID Act and how you or your agency can prepare, see How is the new PID Act 2022 different to the old PID Act 1994?
