We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land within NSW and pay our respects to the elders both past and present for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.

The Ombudsman is committed to improving outcomes for Aboriginal people. Through our complaint handling, project and oversight activities we focus on improving service delivery by government agencies and non-government service providers to Aboriginal people in NSW.
