Training and workshops
While our work has traditionally centred around complaint handling, investigations and reviewing the way agencies operate, we are continually looking to develop new methods of improving agency service delivery. Providing targeted, relevant and useful training to agency staff and managers is one way of achieving this.
We offer a range of quality training workshops based on 30 years of our experience in dealing with agencies and the public. Our highly interactive workshops provide participants with clear guidance and practical strategies to improve their skills and knowledge. They combine a range of effective skills-based activities with good practice theoretical frameworks which can be readily applied in the work place. We offer ‘open’ and ‘in-house’ training workshops designed to suit the needs of a variety of organisations.
We have received extremely positive feedback from those who have taken part in our training.
This training can make a real difference, and I highly recommend taking part.

In-house training
Interested in organising training in your organisation or area? We can come to you!
Our training workshops are also available in-house. In-house training has the added advantage of providing a cost effective and convenient method of delivery. Participants are given the opportunity to workshop challenges unique to their own organisation. This approach helps promote greater organisational consistency in responding to complaints.
Our in-house workshops include:
- a pre-training consultation
- an integrated programme offering flexible learning and development strategies across all levels of your organisation
- a flexible range of content options, and
- increased relevance and applicability to your sector, region or group.
