Training and workshops

We provide a number of workshops to public sector staff and others, including Complaint handling for front line staff, Dealing with unreasonable complainant conduct and Art of negotiation.

We provide a number of workshops consisting of a combination of modules to the community services sector. The modules include Introduction to the Ombudsman, Frontline Skills for Complaint Handling, Effective Complaint Systems, Resolution Options and An Overview of Investigating. We also have a free workshop for consumers of community services The Rights Stuff .

We provide information sessions about various aspects of the work of the Ombudsman.
