Monitor and review community services
We have a mandate to promote and assist the development of standards for the delivery of community services in NSW. We do this by inquiring into significant systemic issues about community services, researching current issues in the delivery of services, and reviewing the causes and patterns of complaints. We also provide advice to government policy makers, service providers and other stakeholders on ways in which services might be improved.
