Corporate plan

Our corporate plan provides broad strategic direction for our work. It is made up of a statement of corporate purpose and detailed business plans which are developed by each of our teams.

Business plans outline strategies and activities to support the day to day functioning of our office. They differ between the teams because each team operates within different and changing environments and face quite specific challenges. Each team’s business plan forms the basis of the work plans for individual staff. The teams regularly evaluate their performance against their business plan to see if any improvements or changes need to be made.

The corporate plan is supported by centralised office policies and plans such as the IT strategic plan and the access and equity plan. We also have consistent performance indicators across the different teams.
